John Hacker inspired styling, but every inch a modern rendition

Redesigned by Van Dam Wood Craft, Ghost is fitted with two fuel injected Ford V8s offering comfortable 50+ mph performance and superb close quarter maneuverability. Modern controls and instruments, cleverly made to look antique, are a trademark of Van Dam as well as the mirror polished and custom fabricated stainless hardware. The beauty of these mechanical installations is as much fun to admire as the wood itself.

The deck and hull planking is Honduras Mahogany, cut from a single tree to ensure color and grain uniformity throughout. Epoxy cold-molded construction allows the warmth of wood to show through, but keeps all moisture out. This technique guarantees structural longevity and ease of maintenance. No-maintenance teak grated flooring provides a rich look to the interior, yet offers superior traction when wet.
 

Family comforts were imperative to our client, who requested an opulent U-lounge just aft of the forward cockpit. A remote aft cockpit allows children the thrill of getting away from the folks, or possibly the other way around! Overstuffed leather upholstery and a very smooth riding hull promise comfort for everyone all day long.
