In this role…


 

You will be asked to be a part of our Production Team and their bi-weekly meetings.  Project scheduling, status updates and challenges will be discussed with the Machine Shop Foreman, Paint Shop Foreman, all Project Managers, the Purchasing Manager, the Production Manager and the President.

This position will be accountable for:

     Helping to develop a project management system with the

       Production Manager (PRM) & President

     Taking project from printed drawings to finished product

     Project being on time and budget

     Project meeting quality standards

     Project workflow

     Setting goals weekly, monthly, and developing project milestones

     Tracking the work, data, reports and plans

     Communicating upcoming labor and material needs to PRM

     Proactive communication with PRM and Implementer of issues / concerns

     Ordering parts and materials and making sure they are available when the crew needs them

     Customer contact regarding budget, timeframe, details and questions

     Responsible for documenting and estimating small change orders

     Tracking all change orders, both big and small

     Resolving technical issues and/or reaching out for support

     Overseeing project safety

     Coordinating project subcontractors

     Managing Project Leads (PL’s) and hold accountable

     Weekly huddles

     Leading culture of project: morale and communication
