We are very honored to have been featured in Robb Report’s December News section.
When Robb Report curates its most coveted one-of-a-kind objects for its prestigious “The Vault” series, the company it keeps says everything. In December 2025, Van Dam was featured alongside a Le Mans-derived hypercar and a bespoke Specht Design espresso machine — three singular objects united by the pursuit of absolute excellence.
The featured piece? A 35-foot custom mahogany runabout — Victoria Z — representing 25,000 hours of meticulous handcraft. Designed by Michael Peters Yacht Design and powered by twin custom-built 427 Ford Cobra marine engines running through Arneson surface drives, this one-of-one vessel reaches speeds north of 90 mph while remaining an undeniable work of visual art. Robb Report described it simply as a boat where “subtle curves gleam in the sunlight” — because some things really are that straightforward.
Being placed in Robb Report‘s Vault — a platform reserved for the rarest luxury commissions in the world — reflects exactly what Van Dam has always stood for: boats that don’t compete with anything else, because nothing else competes with them.
