Project Manager

Born and raised in Petoskey, Michigan, Casey brings a strong background in both engineering and operations to the Van Dam team. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Grand Valley State University and went on to complete his MBA at Kettering University with an emphasis in Manufacturing Engineering. Casey is passionate about improving systems and processes, and he especially enjoys projects that get him out on the shop floor and working alongside the team.

Casey and his wife, Holly, will be celebrating their 15th wedding anniversary this September. They have two boys, Parker (10) and Eli (7), and a labradoodle named Stella who rounds out the crew.

When he’s not at Van Dam, Casey is enjoying all that Northern Michigan has to offer. In the winter, he skis and snowmobiles, and in the summer, he’s either out on Walloon Lake with his family or hitting the golf course. He’s also a dedicated youth coach, staying active in his community by coaching football and baseball—both Little League and travel teams—for his sons.
