Its triple-planked bottom is securely sealed with epoxy, virtually eliminating the risk of rot and significantly minimizing maintenance costs due to UV exposure. Van Dam crafted this series specifically for Gage Marine, located in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Gage Marine aimed to revive their 1950s brand, the Gage-Hacker, and entrusted Van Dam with the task. The collaboration was driven by Gage Marine’s desire for a meticulously crafted and designed boat to bring their brand back to life.
